Brad Stinson spent more than two decades at the highest levels of performance. A 10x national/international champion in karate, professional soccer player, and top corporate sales leader, Brad knew exactly how to win—and how to outwork anyone in the room.

But behind the trophies, contracts, and accolades was a growing cost. The same system that drove relentless achievement left no space for emotion, identity, or recovery. Eventually, that imbalance caught up with him. A public panic attack marked the moment Brad realized he had mastered performance—but lost connection with himself.

That breakdown became the turning point.

Brad committed to doing the work elite performers are rarely taught: integrating emotional intelligence, identity, leadership, and performance into a sustainable system. Over the next decade, he studied human behavior, coached leaders and athletes across professional sports, and rebuilt his life from the inside out. He doesn’t coach from theory. He coaches from lived experience.
