Brad Stinson spent over 25 years at the highest levels of performance—10x national/international karate champion, professional soccer player, and top corporate sales leader—driven by an unmatched work ethic and a relentless will to win. But behind the trophies and accolades, the cost of that system grew. A public panic attack became the moment Brad realized he had mastered performance while losing connection to his mind, emotions, identity, and spirituality. That breakdown marked a turning point and understood something needed to change.
Out of that experience, Brad committed to integrating what elite performers are rarely taught: mind, emotion, identity, spirituality, and performance as one system. After a decade of deep study and coaching across professional sports, he created The Integrated Athlete to help pros compete free, whole, and sustainable. Today, Brad works with athletes across the NFL, MLB, NBA, and MLS—coaching from lived experience, not theory—helping them align who they are with how they perform, on and off the field.
